By accessing this web site, you are agreeing to be bound by these web site Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law.

2.SELLS

All sales are final we do not accept refund or exchange.

3.ADMISSION : admission is my appointment only .

4.HAIR:At The  Beauticianchic, we maintain a very high standard of the quality of our virgin  hair ,making sure our hair is inspected before shipping . we will not be responsible for dissatisfaction of  the following, ie texture, colour, split ends,shedding and all concerns typical of natural hair.

5.PAYMENT

6.VIRGIN HAIR: payment for goods are 100% in advance

7.SERVICES: WE accept  £20 for all hair bookings which are not refundable or reuseable when you cancel .And   30% of all bridal makeup bookings which are not refundable or reuseable when you cancel.

8.PAYMENTS: The beauticianchic accept credit card,debit card and paypal.

9.CANCELLATION :

Deposits are not refundable when you cancel .

slots can be rescheduled if you notify us 1 week in advance.

10.CANCELLATION MY US : when we can not render service,we will notify you in advance and your deposit will be refunded in full.

 11.PRODUCT : if products you ordered are not available we will refund payments in full.

12.PICTURES: We do ask for your permission for use of your picture for marketing and training purposes only on our social media and website.

 13.MAKEUP: Our time starts counting when we  gets to you for makeup or hair ,we will charge for any additional time spent with you due to you not being ready on our arrival.

14.CLIENT: Client are required to arrive on time for  their hair and makeup. deposit is required to confirm your bookings. Please  check your inbox/spam mail for confirmation mail if you book online appointment .

15.HAIR PREPARATION FOR BRAIDING : We prefer to  cut ,comb and brush and prepare hair before the day to save time

16.BREAK : for 3 to 4 hrs hair appointments. we take 15mins break and for 6 to 8hours hair we take 15mins every 4hours .

17.ADDITIONAL CHARGE : Additional charge can be charge for makeup bookings outside of London and all international bookings.

 

18.WE do not offer refunds for hair service charges. However we can reschedule for it to be  redone.
